How Perc Bot collects, uses, stores, and protects information.
Last updated: October 3, 2026 · Effective date: October 3, 2026
This policy explains what data the Perc Bot Discord application (“Perc Bot,” “the Bot,” “we,” “us”) processes when it is added to a Discord server, and when you use our control panel at verobot.one. By adding the Bot to a server or using our services, you agree to this policy.
Perc Bot is an all-in-one Discord community management application. Its features include support tickets, member verification and anti-raid security, invite tracking, moderation and AutoMod, a leveling and rewards economy, giveaways, a product showcase/storefront, and related community tools. The Bot is operated by the Perc Bot team (the “operator”) and is made available to Discord server owners (“server administrators”) who add it to their servers.
2. Information we process
Perc Bot only processes data needed to provide its features. We do not sell personal information.
2.1 Data received automatically from Discord
Identifiers: Discord user IDs, usernames, server (guild) IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and message IDs.
Membership events: when members join or leave a server, their account creation date, and which invite they used (for invite tracking and anti-raid verification).
Activity metadata: counts of messages, reactions, and command uses, used for the leveling/rewards economy. We store counters and timestamps — not the text of ordinary messages.
Message content: the text of messages is read in real time so the Bot can run AutoMod (banned-word/spam/link filtering), respond to prefix (?) commands, and power sticky messages and anti-spam honeypots. Message content is processed in memory for these purposes and is not stored long-term, except where a message is intentionally saved as part of a feature (for example, a ticket transcript or a sticky-message template an administrator configures).
2.2 Information you or administrators provide
Support tickets: messages and attachments you send inside a ticket, and transcripts generated when a ticket is closed.
Payout & rewards details: if you request a payout, the payment detail you enter (such as a cryptocurrency wallet address, PayPal email, or store email) and the amount requested.
Reviews / vouches: ratings and review text you submit, and any screenshot you attach.
Social boost claims: the public account/profile link you submit when claiming or redeeming a social boost, which is sent to a third-party SMM provider to fulfill the order.
Control-panel accounts: if you sign in to our panel at verobot.one, we process your Discord OAuth basic profile (ID, username, avatar) and/or the email address you use to sign in, plus any license key you redeem.
3. Privileged Discord intents
Discord requires apps to request “privileged intents” to access certain data. Perc Bot uses two of the three privileged intents. We do not use the Presence intent.
Server Members Intent — required to detect joins and leaves for verification and anti-raid security (checking account age and applying a quarantine/verified role before access is granted), to attribute joins to inviters for invite tracking and rewards, to send welcome messages and assign roles, to display accurate staff/member lists and server statistics, and to perform moderation and bulk-role actions.
Message Content Intent — required for the AutoMod/chat-filter system that scans messages for banned words, spam, and disallowed links; for prefix (?) commands used alongside slash commands; for the message-activity leveling/rewards economy; and for sticky messages and honeypot anti-spam channels.
Message content accessed through these intents is processed in memory for the features above and is not stored long-term, sold, or shared with advertisers.
4. How we use information
To provide, operate, and maintain the Bot’s features in each server where it is installed.
To protect servers from raids, spam, and abuse (security, AutoMod, honeypots).
To calculate levels, rewards, chip balances, and process payout requests that administrators approve.
To fulfill social-boost orders you request through a connected SMM provider.
To operate the control panel, authenticate you, and show you the servers linked to your license(s).
To diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.
5. Storage & retention
Bot configuration and the data described above are stored as structured data files on the server infrastructure that hosts the Bot. Each Discord server’s data is kept while the Bot remains in that server. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required for legitimate operational or legal reasons. When the Bot is removed from a server, that server’s configuration and stored data may be deleted during routine maintenance; you may also request deletion sooner (see Data deletion).
6. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate specific features, and only to the extent required:
Discord — the platform the Bot runs on. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s own Privacy Policy and Terms.
Hosting provider — the infrastructure on which the Bot and panel run.
SellAuth — our storefront/checkout provider, used to process purchases and license keys.
SMM provider — if you request a social boost, the profile link and order details are sent to the connected SMM panel to fulfill it.
Email provider — used to send sign-in codes if you use email login on the panel.
Legal — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the operator.
7. Your choices & rights
You can remove the Bot from a server at any time (server administrators), which stops further data collection for that server.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data (see below). Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
Much of the data we process is tied to your public Discord identity and to settings administrators control within their own server.
8. Data deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, contact us using the details in Contact with your Discord user ID (and, if applicable, the relevant server ID). Server administrators can request deletion of their server’s data. We will action verified requests within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records for legal or security reasons.
9. Children
Perc Bot is not directed to children. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement (at least 13 years old, or older where your country requires) to use Discord and, by extension, the Bot. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the required age; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process, including access controls and limiting data collection to what features require. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice through the Bot or our support channels. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [support@verobot.one] or through our official Discord support server. You can also reach us via the “Need Help?” options in the Discord Developer resources if your request concerns the app listing.
